Now in it’s 46th year, EmBe’s Tribute to Women celebration recognizes the incredible work that women make in our community. We also recognize an individual or business that lives out EmBe’s mission of empowering women and families to enrich lives through our EmBeliever award. This category is open to men, women and businesses.
In 2018, our winner was Pat McAdaragh with Midco. Pat’s leadership has been thoughtful and intentional around developing an inclusive and diverse leadership at Midco. Take a few minutes to hear about Pat’s leadership and his experience winning the EmBeliever award.
