Youth Programs

Girls on the Run®
Inspire and empower girls by volunteering as a coach. Our girls need you more than ever! You do not need to be a runner; you simply need to have a desire to support and encourage girls. Girls on the Run is a transformational physical activity-based, positive youth development program for girls in 3rd-5th grades.

Volleyball
We are looking for men and women interested in volunteering as a coach. You will help build skills, enthusiasm, and teamwork in 3rd-6th grade girls. The focus is building self-esteem, sportsmanship, team building, improving physical condition, increasing agility, hand-eye coordination, and improving reflexes.

FIRST® LEGO® League
FIRST® LEGO® League relies on volunteers to help run our tournaments. You can be a Door Keeper, Timer, Robot Game Assistant, Judges Assistant, Robot Game Referee and Project, Robot Design or Core Values Judge. Referees and judges require pre-tournament training.

Dress for Success Career Coach
Help women improve their resumes, interviewing skills, and job-search process.

Dress for Success Suiting Coach
Help women find a suit and the confidence that makes them shine and increases their chances of getting a job.

Dress for Success Inventory Maintenance and Boutique Organization
Sort through donations, stock, and organize our boutique.

Dress for Success Closet Sale

  • Inventory Preparation – Help organize and move inventory to the gym.
  • Set-Up – Help arrange inventory by hanging clothes, creating displays, and organizing the sales floor.
  • Sales Floor – Help shoppers checkout and circulate the sales floor to keep things looking tidy.
  • Tear-Down – Strike display materials and ready unpurchased merchandise for donation.

Aquatics

Swim Lesson Aid
Assist the swim instructor in the water with swim lessons. You do not have to be WSI certified to be an aid; just enjoy working with children. This is also a great experience for someone that is working toward their WSI certification to shadow other instructors.
