Learn life skills and develop confidence through our personalized swimming lessons.

Using the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program, EmBe swim lessons combine the best in swim instruction, emphasizing drowning prevention and water safety with our professional Red Cross and CPR-certified aquatics instructors.

Lessons are available to ages three and up and any skill level to encourage habits for a lifetime of healthy and safe recreation. Start with fundamental skills in our beginner-level classes which will empower and develop students to become advanced swimmers.

Using the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program, EmBe’s private and semi-private swimming lessons allow swimmers of all ages and levels to develop habits for a lifetime of healthy and safe recreation.

Private and semi-private lessons (two-on-one instruction) are great options for swimmers who would like to progress through the curriculum at their own pace or families with busy schedules.
