EmBe’s pool has been a staple part of the Sioux Falls community and beyond since 1965, providing entire generations with fond memories and meaningful experiences. We are thrilled to offer swim memberships to our community. Become part of our legacy and be your best self.

Membership Benefits

  • Swimming is an excellent all-around activity that builds endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular fitness while taking some of the impact stress off your body.

Lap swim offers swimmers a great cardiovascular workout. Whatever pace you work at, come enjoy our relaxing waters and get in shape at the same time. Check our pool schedule for lap swim times and lane availability. We offer kickboards, fins, and barbells to add to your workout. We encourage lane sharing and circle swimming. No lifeguard is on duty for lap swimming.

Anyone under 14 years of age can not be in the pool without a certified Lifeguard on duty or a certified coach / instructor that is working with the person under 14 years of age.

Family Swim Hours (Labor Day to Memorial Day)
Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 – 4:00 pm

You must be 14 years or older to attend family swim without an adult. There will be a lifeguard on duty to ensure safety during family swim time. Non-members must provide their own towel.

Please refer to the online pool calendar to verify family swim is being offered.

Join our water fitness classes weekly for fun ways to stay healthy and active. Non-members will need to purchase a day pass to attend.

Cassandra from Flow and Paddle will guide the Floating Yoga Class. The class is an additional cost of $20 to members.

Sunday

  • 10:00 – 11:00 am: Flow and Paddle Floating Yoga – $20. Register for Floating Yoga
  • 4:00-5:00 pm: Floating Fitness/Total Body Strength, every other Sunday

Monday

  • 6:05 – 6:55 am: Shallow/Deep Combination Water Aerobics
  • 8:00 – 8:50 am: Shallow Water Aerobics
  • 12:00 – 12:40 pm: Aqua Aerobics or Aqua HIIT

Wednesday

  • 6:05 – 6:55 am: Shallow/Deep Combination Water Aerobics

  • 12:00 – 12:50 pm: Aqua Aerobics

Saturday

  • 7:00-8:00 am: Shallow Water Aerobics, every other Saturday

Locker Rental Pricing
Year Agreement – Full lockers: $180/year ($15/month)
Year Agreement – Half lockers: $130/year ($11.25/month)
3 Month Agreement – Full Locker: $65 for 3 months ($21.67/month)
3 Month Agreement – Half Locker: $50 for 3 months ($16/month)

Daily Use of Lockers:
1. If lockers are not rented they may be used on daily basis by members.
2. This will be on a first come/first serve basis.
3. All items must be removed from the lockers daily.
4. If the locker is not rented by a member and items are left in the locker overnight, the lock will be removed and the items inside the locker removed.
