Through EmBe, women are able to discover their potential, become leaders and use their power to create dynamic and evolving communities. At the heart of all leadership development in EmBe is a culture that all leadership should be shared, intergenerational and transformative.

The benchmark is high when you have a name like EmBe! Yet for all of us who are a part of EmBe, we are committed to making our mission feel alive! Each day, we offer empowerment through our words of encouragement and our service… to a child, a parent, a teen and even to each other; creating energy that is hard to admonish!

In a world that moves fast, goes viral, and can often be impersonal, we know our work is having positive, personal results. Through our efforts, girls and women are being mentored to become the leaders they envision for themselves; young children are being challenged to grow and create; and families are invited to participate in adventures that provide healthy benefit for all. Our work at EmBe is varied, but it is tied together through the work of empowerment. And as a result, individuals, families and our community are strengthened.
