2019 Women’s Leadership Program Participants Announced

EmBe has accepted participants for its 17-month 2019 Women’s Leadership Program beginning January of 2019. With more than 200 past participants, the 2019 class benefits from eight years of programming experience and community involvement. The applicants for the program represent a broad range of career paths and are chosen by committee to ensure that in addition to the leadership education, the connections that are made throughout the 17-month program will also enhance all the attendee's experience. Turkey Tom Teaches Kids to Give Back

Our annual "Tom the Turkey" food drive was a great success! This fun activity teaches our EmBe kids about giving back at an early age while raising important donations for Feeding South Dakota. This year, we raised 419 pounds of food! For every item of food the child donated, they got to color a feather to add to our turkey! As you can see, we had two very colorful birds when we finished!
