(Sioux Falls, SD – May 5, 2021) – EmBe is currently accepting participant applications for the 2021 EmBe Women’s Leadership Program. Designed by leaders in the community, the leadership program helps empower women to reach their greatest potential.
Since its inception in 2011, over 250 women have completed the program. Women in any career field can benefit from this intensive course, which combines a strong personal development focus along with valuable professional development experiences. Participants will also gain the opportunity to create important personal and professional relationships with other future leaders, mentors and facilitators for lifetime support.
“I now have 29 other accountability buddies from all walks of life, industries and life stages that I now consider great friends,” Morgan Larson, 2019 Women’s Leadership graduate starts. “The programming itself was so valuable but what I didn’t realize was how close our class would become and how quickly my support network grew by being part of this incredible program.”
The application deadline for participants is 5 pm on Wednesday, June 30. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance to the program by Friday, July 16 by 5 pm.
Applications are available online at EmBe.org/leadership. The cost is $600 per participant. The program begins with a retreat in September and involves eight sessions through April. The mentoring portion of the program then runs for one year. The leadership program is open to women of all ages from all career fields. Up to twenty-five participants will be accepted.
