We’re thrilled to bring EmBe Education to the Madison community! Our new childcare and preschool center will provide a nurturing, engaging, and empowering environment for children ages 4 weeks to 5 years.
We prepare children for lifelong learning
From four weeks to 5 years of age, we will engage your child in exciting learning activities specifically designed to meet their developmental needs. Our curriculum emphasizes language and literacy, cognitive development, social-emotional skills, creativity and physical exercise. We also go beyond basic curriculum by instilling positive traits that will lead to a lifetime of success through our life-skills programs.

*Space is limited — only 20 students per age group! Make sure to reserve your child’s spot early. Please contact Customer Service and Billing Manager Sadie Mudder with enrollment and scholarship inquiries at smudder@embe.org or call 605-299-2511.
**EmBe offers childcare scholarships and accepts Child Care Assistance (CCA) for eligible families.
How to enroll online:
1) On this webpage, click the button on the left-hand side that says Enroll Now-Madison
2) Under ‘What is your desired start date’, indicate either ‘Madison Opening Day’ or if you are expecting/wanting to start care on a known date (ex., 04/07/2026), please list that in your answer.
3) Submit your enrollment form, and an EmBe team member will be in contact with you to confirm your enrollment submission.
