EmBe Education to Open First Childcare Center in Madison on April 6, 2026

EmBe is proud to announce the opening of EmBe Education – Madison, a new childcare center serving children ages 4 weeks to 5 years old, beginning April 6, 2026. Located in Madison, the center is the first licensed childcare facility in the community and represents a significant investment in both families and the local workforce.

Licensed for 140 children, EmBe Education – Madison will offer full-day childcare and preschool programming Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The center includes seven classrooms, a gym, and an outdoor playground designed to support safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

“Having your kids be a part of a structured learning environment from an early age is so great. They get to be surrounded by other children their own age to play and learn from each other and also get to learn from teachers who are excited to be there. There is nothing better than seeing all of the things your child has learned at childcare over the years come together. Between their communication skills, learning to play and share with others, and the age-appropriate education and life skills they get at a center like EmBe, they will be prepared to take on Kindergarten when it’s time!,” says incoming EmBe Education-Madison mom.

The new center addresses a critical community need by providing reliable, high-quality childcare—an essential component in strengthening families and supporting workforce participation.

“At EmBe, we believe all families should have access to dependable, quality childcare,” said Kerri Tietgen, EmBe CEO. “Opening our doors in Madison means parents can go to work with peace of mind, knowing their children are safe, known, and encouraged to grow in a nurturing environment.”

As the first childcare center in Madison, EmBe Education – Madison also plays a vital role in elevating the local business community by increasing workforce stability and supporting economic development efforts.

EmBe Education’s curriculum focuses on early childhood development, social-emotional growth, and kindergarten readiness, providing children with a strong foundation during their most formative years.

A new community of learning, support, and friendship is growing in Madison. For all information about EmBe Education – Madison, head to embe.org/embe-education-madison.
