Our babysitting camp develops social skills and builds confidence.
In partnership with American Red Cross, boys and girls ages 11-15 can participate in this two-day camp to be a certified babysitter. During camp, participants will learn about basic care for infants and children, child behaviors, age-appropriate activities and food, emergency protocols, growing their business and so much more! All campers will receive infant and child CPR and first aid skills and take home a portable first aid kit and other goodies! This camp does not CPR certify anyone.
Sessions are limited to 12 participants.
WHAT TO BRING: Each camper should bring a sack lunch or can utilize our summer feeding program for lunchtime. A snack will be provided in the afternoon. We will utilize the indoor pool during camp on the first day for some added fun; a swimsuit and towel are required.
