INFORMATION

For more information or questions regarding a sponsorship, please contact Allison Sinning at 605.681.8328 or asinning@embe.org.

EmBe has a rich tradition of inspiring girls of all ages and stages to understand their voice matters. The mission of EmBe and Girls on the Run empower confidence in young girls to pursue their dreams and become future leaders in our community.

An integral part of the Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole curriculum, the 5K celebrates and reinforces important lessons while showing the support of the entire community. The 5K is the capstone achievement for those participating in our programs and gives them a tangible sense of healthy goal setting and success. Participants train all season to complete a 5K (3.1-mile) race. The 5K is a celebration and an opportunity for each child to literally cross the finish line!

Our Fall 2021 EmBe 5K will be held on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds.

Show your support by volunteering your time and talent to the EmBe Fall 5K. Our volunteers ensure that everyone is supported, no one is left behind and the event runs smoothly.
