Expanding and Expressing

With the school age years fast approaching, our four year old children are busy taking steps to get them ready for the big day. Hands on activities, self-directed play time and structured daily routines help your child gain even more independence and confidence.

The focus of the four year olds' Frog Street curriculum is numbers. Children learn through songs, activity sheets, simple addition and subtraction and manipulatives. Our staff encourages creativity and individuality when completing projects. They also teach responsibility, decision making and exploration to help children become lifelong learners.

Stimulating activities are added to the four year olds day to expose them to all that the world has to offer. Activities include, but are not limited to, cooking, computers, visiting the elderly, giving concerts and story hour at the library. Our hope is that your child will find an activity that they love and continue to do this activity long after they leave us.
