Spotlight on Volunteer
2014 Volunteer of the Year
The work of EmBe is enhanced every day by the good work of volunteers wanting to make a difference in our community, and specifically for the individuals and families we serve through EmBe. This is one way we show our appreciation for the efforts of others who help make us successful.
Our 2014 Distinguished Volunteer has given countless hours of volunteer work to EmBe through her talents and her passion! Over the past 3 years, she has professionally photographed numerous EmBe program participants, including the whole Women's Leadership Program classes (that's 25 each year) and events! In addition, she's created videos to help us market our programs; she has served as a Women's Leadership alumni board member; and has been a committee member for In Her Shoes and EmBe Bunco events. Her commitment to serving EmBe and the Women's Leadership Program, in particular, is undeniable.
Miranda is passionate about people. She's a leader, a creative energy, and an encourager. She emulates what our organization is all about and we're extremely thankful that she associates her time and talents with the EmBe organization! We are a better organization because of her!
Congratulations Miranda on being awarded the EmBe 2014 Distinguished Volunteer!
